• Content Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you provide to us. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

• Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use our services to:

  • Infringe on any intellectual property rights;
  • Engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent;

You may upload email lists manually, from a domain, or via CSV files. You warrant that you have the legal right to use and upload such data and that you have obtained all necessary consents from the individuals whose data you upload.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our services utilize AI to generate email content based on data scraped from third-party websites. While we strive to generate accurate and relevant content, we do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of the content generated. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is sent.

8. Subscription and Fees

Our services are offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of our services. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with notice provided in advance.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
